DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT
The website processes user data. We process user data solely for the purposes explained in this data protection statement and for the purposes specified when collecting the data. These purposes primarily include handling inquiries, providing, personalizing, developing, and securing our services. We also use user data for purposes such as product development, scientific research, and market research, in order to optimize business processes, tailor our services to demand, and offer personalized advertising.
We disclose user data only when permitted by law. We work very closely with some service providers, for example, in terms of support – Processing entities gain access to user data only to the extent and for the duration necessary to provide a specific service and deliver the ordered goods to the user.

In connection with the need to fulfill the information obligation specified in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we inform you that:

3) Your personal data will be processed for purposes resulting from the conclusion and performance of the contract and for maintaining contact, based on:
a) Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR, when processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or taking action before its conclusion, and to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on us, such as archiving,
b) Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests, while always striving to balance our legitimate interest with your fundamental rights and freedoms (verification of submitted offers, verification of your data in public registers, enabling contact, preventing fraud and criminal activity, establishing or defending claims).
4) Personal data may be disclosed to: entities acting on behalf of and in the name of Green HUB PL (e.g., entities supporting IT systems), authorities, and entities specified in legal regulations (e.g., entities that verify financial settlements)
5) Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract, fulfill archiving obligations, and for the period necessary for establishing or defending claims, but generally no longer than 10 years from the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim.

Within the statutory requirements, the User is entitled to the following statutory data protection rights:

PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD
User personal data will be stored for as long as necessary for the purposes listed in this data protection statement, especially to fulfill our contractual and statutory obligations. We may also retain user personal data for other purposes, as long as the law allows us to retain it for specific purposes, including the defense of legal claims.
COOKIES
Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, which are stored on the User’s end device and are intended for use with the Service’s websites. The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and accessing them is the Service operator Green HUB PL with its registered office at ul. Daszyńskiego 2b, 00-843 Warsaw.
Cookies are used to:
a) Adapt the content of the Service’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimize the use of the websites, recognizing the User’s device and displaying the website accordingly to their individual needs,
b) Create statistics to understand how Users use the websites, enabling improvements to their structure and content;
c) Maintain the User’s session after logging in, so the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each Service subpage.

We are a Multi-Sales Platform connecting clients with needs and the product and service offerings of large and medium-sized enterprises in the field of Poland’s Energy Transformation. Our main goal is to support energy-efficient activities that align with the principles of sustainable development in accordance with the EU’s climate policy, mainly in the sectors of industry, construction, energy, and heating. We offer services ranging from energy transformation, carbon footprint determination, energy sales to the construction of a Zero-Emission Power Plant with full financing. Our project partners include several industry and executive companies, as well as research and scientific institutions, which together implement energy projects and investment financing. All the investments we carry out create a huge development potential, thanks to effective management of technological and financial risk.

§ 1. General Provisions
1. Definitions
- Acceptant
- The Organizer of the Energy Forum and the Payment Recipient, meaning the individuals and institutions offering tickets for the Forum.
- User
- A natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit not being a legal person, which has legal capacity granted by law, making a purchase of tickets for the Energy Forum.
- Przelewy24 Service
- An online service that mediates payment transfers between the User and the Acceptant.
- Participation in the Forum
- Participation in the Energy Forum obliges the representative of a specific company, institution, or local government unit to place their logo on the website as a participant.

3. General Provisions
- The regulations define the terms of use of payment services in the Przelewy24 Service in relation to the purchase of tickets for the Energy Forum.
- By making a purchase, the User accepts the provisions of the Regulations.
§ 2. Payments
1. Payment Methods
The Przelewy24 Service offers various payment methods, including bank transfers, card payments, and electronic wallets.
2. Payment Statuses
- Pending – Payment awaiting deposit.
- Under Review – Payment deposited, subject to additional security verification.
- Available/Prepayment – Payment completed, awaiting confirmation for the Acceptant.
- Completed – Payment completed, and confirmation sent to the Acceptant.
- Failed – Payment terminated due to an error from the intermediary institution.
- Returned – Payment returned to the User from the Service account.
3. Making Payments
Each payment initiated in the Przelewy24 service receives a unique Payment Number and password. The User should retain this information for tracking and complaints.
When making a deposit, the User should include the Payment Number in the title. In the event of an incorrect title, the Acceptant is not responsible for the misallocation of funds.
4. Payment Processing Time
The processing time for payments is indicated in the transaction panel. The Service expects confirmation of payment execution during this period.
The Service does not guarantee real-time payment processing in the event of technical issues, interruptions in the operation of intermediary systems, or failure to follow instructions.
§ 3. Data Protection
1. Processing Personal Data
Users making payments consent to the processing of their personal data by the Acceptant and cooperating institutions for purposes related to service execution.
2. Data Protection Rules
The Acceptant and partner companies are the data administrators. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable law and privacy policy.
3. Data Storage
Users’ personal data will be stored for the necessary period to complete the service and for archival purposes according to legal regulations.
§ 4. Complaints and Refunds
1. Complaints
The User has the right to submit a complaint regarding payment within 14 days from the date of purchase. Complaints should be directed to the Acceptant’s email address.
Complaints will be processed within 14 working days.
2. Refunds
- In the case of an erroneous payment, the refund fee is 2 PLN.
- For erroneous payments made by card, the refund cost is 2.9% of the prepayment value.
Refunded amounts will be transferred to the User’s account within 14 working days.
§ 5. Final Provisions
1. Right to Claim
The right to pursue claims arising from the use of services is granted after exhausting the complaint procedure.
2. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from the Regulations will be resolved by the court competent for the Acceptant’s registered office.
3. Prohibited Activities
It is prohibited to use the Service for transactions that are contrary to legal regulations, including selling goods or services that violate the rights of third parties.
4. Regulation Changes
The Acceptant reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations. Users will be informed of any changes via the website.
