Legal Advisory Program is an initiative aimed at supporting both electricity producers and consumers in establishing mutually beneficial contracts and agreements.

These agreements contribute to the development of renewable energy sources by encouraging both parties to choose zero-emission energy, supporting producers in selling electricity from their installations, and enabling them to secure a stable source of income. For consumers, they provide a stable and economical source of electricity for their needs, reducing costs compared to previous purchase conditions.

Clients who can be energy consumers in these agreements may include, for example, industrial enterprises, the commercial and warehousing sector, local governments, and municipal companies.

The form of settlement with the SALES PARTNER is payment in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the Cooperation Agreement.
